As your business grows, you must grow your ability to lead yourself and to lead others.  All women in business run out of leadership talent at some point.  When they do, we are able to assess their leadership ability and provide the specific training they are needing to enable them to keep the momentum going.

We are able to help leaders identify areas of their personal life or professional life where they need to grow.  It is our desire to walk with them throughout the change process and hold them accountable to the heights they are able to achieve.

Pink Strategies exists to provide training and guidance towards change.  For most of us, change is not easy and only comes through consistent focus and practice.  Leaders who try to develop in isolation rarely achieve much success.  All of our training and materials guide women towards learning in community. 

Pink Strategies Philosophy

Women must learn to lead themselves well before they are able to continue to grow their businesses.  At some point, all women in Mary Kay run out of natural leadership skills and must receive some type of training and development.  They are no different from the women in the corporate world who longer have the skills to continue to rise in the company.  Being in business for yourself is no easy task.  Many women in Mary Kay underestimate the growth and changes that will be required of them to keep growing their business.

 

There are four components to our leadership training that serve as the framework for all our resources. They are vision, knowledge, process, and community.

·                      All women in Mary Kay must have a vision for their life and their businesses. 

·                      We also believe that they need to learn the fundamentals of leadership and advanced leadership training as they rise in the company. 

·                      In addition to vision and leadership knowledge, women need good road map (processes) that will help them accomplish the vision that they have for the Mary Kay career. 

·                      Finally, women must grow, learn, and lead in community. Trying to make changes in isolation yields a high failure rate.
