Pink Strategies Institute was founded in January of 2005 by Dr Nathan Baxter to provide leadership training resources for women in Mary Kay. It all began during a Christmas brunch when his wife, Senior Sales Director Dianne Baxter, along with 3 other Directors asked him to share some of his leadership principles with them. It went so well that they decided to meet again the following week to ask questions and to learn more. After a few months, he began to write short emails to the four Directors after their coaching sessions to help them remember the principles that he was teaching them. These emails were entitled “Pinkspirations” which are now circulated to over 8,000 Mary Kay Directors and Consultants. It wasn’t much later until Directors began discovering that his resources were unique, practical, and very Mary Kay specific. It was obvious that Dr Baxter was Mary Kay family since his wife had been a successful Director for 17 years. One thing led to another and now Dr Baxter works with NSDs and Directors from around the nation. Nathan and Dianne live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two teenage sons, William and Connor who have been raised in Mary Kay and have never known life without a Mary Kay car. |
