Wanting to advance your leadership and achieve more in your Mary Kay career?

We have the resources you need that will inspire you to lead yourself well so that you can best lead others!

These courses are designed with you in mind. They are easy to understand and affordable. Each course comes with a workbook and CD lessons, which are completed daily for 5 days in as little as 15-20 minutes.

We require that you choose one other person, a Growth Partner, that will help you stay accountable and give you encouragement in your progress. You may take the courses on your own, or participate in a Growth Group, as well as choose to participate in a Growth Group led by one of our Pink Strategies trained coaches. The courses are $99, which is less than $15 per week.

What is a Growth Group? A Growth Group consists of 4-6 women who meet together (face to face or by phone) for 7 weeks for the purpose of growing and developing their leadership skills. The process consists of listening to a weekly audio lesson, completing the self-leadership exercises, and participating in a weekly group coaching call or group meeting. Your progress will be celebrated, you will be challenged to be accountable to be your very best, and you will be encouraged as you take steps to a higher level of leadership. It’s an experience that will inspire you and keep you focused on your leadership. For an additional fee, the group may choose to be led by a Certified Pink Strategies Leadership Coach, personally trained by Dr. Nathan Baxter. When led by a Pink Strategies Coach, the courses are $280, equal to $40 per week.

Pinkspirations Weekly Leadership Growth Exercises (Free!)

This 6 week advanced leadership course is for leaders who want to learn the practical steps of capturing their God given vision, refining this vision, and then sharing it with others in a clear, concise, and compelling way. Vision can be allusive until a leader learns how to use it properly to lead others. The steps you will take in this course are as follows: Discovering Your Vision, Harvesting Your Vision, Summarizing Your Vision, Refining Your Vision, and Using Your Vision.

Elective #2 for Directors Only: My Vision

This 7 week leadership course will help women lead themselves well in five areas of their lives: Habits, Health, Relationships, Time, and Money. All of these self-leadership areas can affect not only our personal lives but our professional lives as well. You’ll learn practical steps to lead yourself well in each of these areas. Before taking this course, you must take the Essentials of Self-Leadership as a pre-requisite.

Elective #1: The Power of Self-Leadership

This foundational 7 week course serves as the pre‐requisite for all of the courses of the Pink Strategies Institute. During this course you will learn how to apply the essentials required for success in self‐leadership. The information in this starter course will properly prepare you for the change you desire to experience both in your personal and professional life. You will learn the importance of Growing in Community, Living with Vision in Mind, Changing through Process, Living on Purpose, Growing through Discipline, and The Joy of Being You!
